Q) When will I receive my products?
A) Most of our products are shipped to you directly from 1 of our 18 distribution warehouses across the USA. We usually process & ship out orders the same day (or next day - depending how late in the day an order is received). Our customers are often pleasantly surprised at how quickly their products arrive. Certain products may require longer than others for processing & shipping. When an order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing tracking numbers etc. See Shipping Policies for full details.

Q) Is my credit card information safe?
A) Yes. We use Authorize.net to process credit cards securely. We do not actually keep your credit card details on file - we only see the last 4 digits for reference. See Safe Shopping for more details.

Q) When do you charge my credit card?

A) When you place your order online, an authorization is placed on your card for the amount of your order. Your credit card is not actually charged until your products are shipped and tracking information is available.

Q) Do you ship internationally?

A) Unfortunately we only ship in USA at the moment.

Q) Do you have a physical store I can visit?
A) Yes we have a retail location in Fort Lauderdale Florida. Although an item may be shown as in-stock on our website, that doesn't necessarily mean that it's in our retail location. Most items ship directly from our warehouses across USA. Please Contact Us to check on a particular item before visiting our store.

Q) Is an item in stock?
A) We update our inventory every 24 hours. Usually if you are able to add an item to your shopping cart then it is in stock.

Q) What size should I choose?
A) We have Size Charts from most of our manufacturers. You can view sizing guides for most items we sell. For additional information, it may be useful to view the supplier's brand website directly.

Q) What if my product does not fit me?
A) We do our best to make sure that your shopping experience is as straight forward as possible with AtlanticMoto.com. We understand that getting the right fit in your helmet or clothing is very important. We have a fair & honest returns/exchange policy for most products. See Returns Policy for more information.

Q) Can I exchange close-out items if they do not fit?
A) Since closeout items are already heavily discounted we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on close-out items. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLOSE-OUTS. If you are unsure of sizing on a closeout, we recommend that you try the same item at a local store, and then order with us online.

Q) Will you ship to APO addresses?

A) Yes. APO orders will be shipped by USPS and are handled differently from our other orders.
